We want to hear from you about the opportunities for change for LGBTIQ+ communities to lead a safe, supported and equal life. Your answers will help shape strengthened outcomes for LGBTIQ+ communities.

• attending an in-person or online workshop.

Answers to the survey are anonymous. The information you provide in your survey is not attached to any identifying information.

The thoughts and priorities provided in the survey may influence government decision-making, we ask community to register to ensure:

• submissions are made by real people
